REGULATIONS
- The program is designed to provide material assistance to needy mathematicians and members of their families.
- The material base of the program is formed from voluntary donations of organizations and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “program participant”).
- Donations are made out by a special agreement between the Euler Foundation and the program participant. Donations can be either targeted, that is, designed to help particular individuals specified in the contract by the program participant, as well as nameless, designed to support those who applied for help to the Euler Foundation. To make a donation contract, please contact EulerFund@imi.ras.ru.
- Applications for financial assistance are submitted to the President of the Euler Foundation at EulerFund@imi.ras.ru. In the case of targeted donations, the President makes the decision himself. In other cases the applications are considered by the Commission appointed by the President.
